NS Retail Holdings LLC, an affiliate of NetStreit Corp. of Dallas, bought the 3,030-SF Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant at 7501 Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith for $4.75 million on Jan. 31.
