Arkansas Ranks No. 15 in Recovering From Unemployment

Arkansas, with a September jobless rate of 4%, ranks 15th among the 50 states and the District of Columbia in terms of bouncing back from the high unemployment levels wrought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
